Hi. I am Matthew Kershaw, and I established Pennine Quality Consulting following over 20 years’ experience of working with health & safety and quality management systems for companies large and small, typically within the automotive manufacturing sector.
I have experienced first hand how excessively time consuming and overwhelming it can often be for small companies to gain the in-house knowledge and competence that can be required to meet the expectations of their customers and of the regulatory bodies. Pennine Quality Consulting was therefore established to provide this competence to companies on a flexible and part-time basis.
We specialise in implementing, maintaining and providing internal auditing for quality management systems, typically to meet the requirements of ISO 9001. Further to this, we also provide support to meet health and safety compliance (including certification to ISO 45001) and environmental compliance (including certification to ISO 14001). We also support continuous improvement projects and significant change projects, including the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques.
